Diamond Turbine Grinding Wheels
The Fastest Cutting Wheel We Carry. For very rapid cutting this is the wheel for you. Diamonds are plated on the crests and valleys of the slanted V grooves. As the crests wear, fresh, sharp diamonds are exposed to maintain the fast cutting action. Use with coolant such as Dia-Cut. Arbor hole is 1" with 1/2, 5/8 and 3/4 inch bushings. Diamond Back Grinding Wheels
An Agreesive Grinding Wheel. A unique design that provides faster cutting than the standard diamond wheel but with less smoothness. The criss-cross pattern is cut into the surface of the wheel and coated with a diamond bonded nickel. Use with coolant such as Dia-Cut or Pella Oil. The 1" arbor is supplied with 1/2, 5/8 and 3/4 inch bushings.

Nova Polishing Wheels
Diamonds are imbedded in a tough flexible plastic resin, backed by a soft sponge rubber. This combination allows the wheel to form to the curvature of the work piece, thus eliminating flats and edges during the sanding and polishing operations. Use with coolant such as Dia-Cut. Wheels are 4", 6" or 7-7/8" in diameter and have 1" arbors. Nova wheels are not supplied with bushings any longer. Grits are selected during ordering.

A prefered alternative to the Nova Wheels. Diamond are imbedded in a tough resin, then bonded to a foam backed wheel, providing the perfect wheel for sanding and polishing. Avialable only in 6" and 8" diameters. 1" arbor with bushings for 3/4", 5/8" and 1/2" shafts.

Miracle Laps
Sand And Prepolish Cabs. Diamond impregnated layer on a cloth backing. Can be used on most disc type cabbing machines such as the Cabmate. These full faced discs are color coded for easy identification. The discs can be applied with disc adhesive to either a Quick Disc or a Flexodisc for easy removal. Available in 6" or 8" diameters. Silicon Carbide Sanding Discs
The old time favorite with cabbers. These discs are made with Silicon Carbide bonded to a tough waterproof backing and they can be used for either wet or dry sanding. Use with a sponge or quick disc. Attach with disc adhesive.

Silicon Carbide Sanding Belts
These belts are used with our expanding drums. The Silicon Carbide is bonded to a tough waterproof backing and can be used for either wet or dry sanding. Smooth joints eliminate bumps. Use with expanding drums. Weight 1 lb. each. Sold in packages of 10.

Expanding Drums
A Must For Sanding & Polishing Belts. For cabbers, the best way to obtain smooth, highly polished stones. The soft, pliable rubber expands during rotation to grip the sanding or polishing belts. Changes are made quickly and easily by sliding the belts from the drum. At low speed, the flexible surface wraps around curved surfaces for increased contact of the work piece. When used at high speed, the drum surface acts like a hard rubber grinding wheel. Use with diamond or silicon carbide belts. The heavy machined hubs are supplied with bushings to fit 1", 3/4", 5/8" and 1/2" arbors (1/2" long). Available in 3 sizes.

Sponge Discs
Use as a soft backing for other sanding and polishing pads. PSA backed. Available in 6" and 8" diameters.

Felt Discs
Great For Polishing With Oxide Polishing Agents. These hard felt discs are just the thing when undercutting is not a problem. Especially recommended for glass, agate and opal.

Flexodiscs
These discs are made from hard rubber to act as a backing for crystalpads or polypads. Supplied with 1/4" - 20 threads.

Crystalpads
Make Your Own Sanding Or Polishing Pads. These resin treated, canvas like pads are used for polishing gems with diamond compound. The pad is easily charged with the diamond compound of your choice and mounted on a backing disc such as the Quick Disc. Available in both Blue for holding grits coarser than 3,000 and White for diamond compounds that are 3,000 grit and finer.

Polypads - Polishing Pads
These man-made leather-like fabric pads are recommended for use when using 3,000 grit or finer diamond compounds. They are also excellent when using conventional polishing agents such as Linde A, Cerium and Tin Oxides. The Polypads are not as hard as Crystalpads and work best on soft gems like Opal and Turquoise.

Leather Polishing Discs
These top grade, cowhide leather discs are used for polishing with any of the oxide compounds. Superb for soft stones.

Scribing Pencils
The basic tool for marking the outline of cabochon shapes on slabs. The pencils, one aluminum and the other brass, are available as a set or may be purchased individually. The scribes are easy to see and will not wash off during sawing or grinding. Sharpen pencils on any grinding wheel.

Rock polishing compound. A special polishing agent for polishing stones in a tumbler or on a vibrating lap machine. Clean, non-staining and fast acting.
